  • I have not been subjected to any physical violence, but something isn't right. Can Concentric Concepts help me?
Domestic and Family Violence goes beyond physical abuse. Start with a support group, you can find one here; If you are worried about a friend, or somebody who is not residing in your home, step one is talking to them about their situation. Remind them that they do not have to live under the control of anyone else, and help is available. Try to be patient and empathic when discussing the issue, and don't become frustrated if they deny the issue. It can take some time before I person feels ready to address a complex issue such as domestic or family violence.
