11. NDIS Services

Concentric Concepts is a Registered NDIS Provider. Services provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme are subject to NDIS terms and conditions, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and applicable NDIS legislation.
 

NDIS participants will receive a separate service agreement that complies with NDIS requirements, including provisions relating to cancellation, complaints, and participant rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Termination of services engaged under a service agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.
